Hello and a sunny welcome to Harmony Holistics, your oasis of wellness nestled in Calne, Wiltshire. I’m delighted to have you here!

I’m a wife, mum, and owner of Harmony Holistics. In my spare time I love upcycling furniture, swimming in the sea and going for lovely walks with family, friends and our two gorgeous dogs – Luna the lab and Lisa the kokoni.

I love skincare and reflexology and when they converge with meditation and Reiki your physical, mental and emotional wellbeing is nourished and nurtured profoundly.

My offerings serve as a potent antidote to the tumult of modern life with all its stresses, anxieties and worries. I’ll guide you gracefully through the journey of menopause with unwavering support and the promise of rejuvenation.

I firmly believe that your health is not a luxury, but a right and that we can all be proactive about this. Just like a car’s engine, the organs and systems in your body require ongoing maintenance. And your skin, like a car’s paintwork needs care and attention to protect it from the wear and tear of physical and environmental stressors.
